A little about me...

First and foremost I'm a Wife and a Mumma to five beautiful Daughters. My Husband and I own a construction company here in the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast. I have a huge passion for photography and I am currently expanding my study in Interior design. When people say to me " how do you find the time?" I answer with, I like to call it organised chaos and I wouldn't have it any other way!

My home is and always has been in the stunning Northern Rivers NSW, I couldn't think of a more beautiful place to raise my children.

Growing up with a very close family living with my parents and grandparents in one big farmhouse, nothing matter's more to me than family. It wasn't until my Grandfather passed away in 2008 that I really noticed the importance of photographs. Yeah sure I had all these memories but when I look back at the photographs now I am reminded of all the good times we had together, and I can show my children and tell them the stories that go with the photo's. When my Grandmother passed away in 2022, it hit me hard, she was my best friend and like a second mother to me, she was extremely close to my children and one thing I noticed was how many photographs that my family and I have of her, because I made myself aware of how important it is to have those keepsakes.

Every year my family and I have our family photo's done so that I can look back and cherish those moment's and remember things like that time when my daughters were a certain age or that time when I done a session of my beautiful Nan and my daughters and we used those photo's for her funeral and I have them hanging in my home. It's also important to me that when my daughters are older and have their own families that they can show their them their childhood through photos.

I love being able to help families capture those moments where time stands still, where nothing else matters except what's happening in that very moment, helping them cherish those keepsake memories forever.

01.

Family.

Beach or Bush, Your choice! My family sessions are all about the whole family hanging out making memories while I capture the love and happiness you all share with each other. Family sessions go for approximately 45mins - 1hour. I prefer to let the kiddies lead, I work with them to make sure they are comfortable and content. There is no family too big or small, I also offer extended family sessions.

Photographing baby in their natural state as they settle in to life earth side, Newborn sessions go for approximately 1.5hrs - 2hrs.

Baby Sessions are for the bubba's that aren't newborn anymore but are younger than a year old, some like to call these - sitter sessions. These sessions tend to go a little longer as bub can move around, rolling, sitting, crawling etc therefore I like to allow 1.5hrs.

Why hire a professional photographer?

Aren't mobile phones just as epic these days...

Why hire a professional photographer?

While phones are great (not as a great as a professional camera mind you) at capturing the happy snaps and the in between moments, there's just one element missing - YOU! If you are taking the picture then you are not in the picture! A professional photographer captures your family as a whole. Often I find it's the Mumma's that aren't in the photo, that's where I come in. Mumma's GET IN THAT PHOTO!
